As a Full-Time Real Estate Advisor, I'm committed to helping you make powerful and confident home-buying and selling decisions. Buying and selling a home is no small matter. Besides being the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it's probably also the most complex. I understand the process can feel overwhelming, stressful, and emotional. As your realtor, I am your resource, your guide, your advocate, and your friend.
I strive to maintain a high level of communication at all stages of the transaction and to make your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible so you can feel confident in your home buying or selling decisions.
It is an honor and a privilege to help you and guide you through this process.
Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate, I was immersed in the health and wellness field for nearly a decade. While working in this field, my focus was to help my clients reach their goals through sustainable long term practices. This sparked my passion for assisting people in achieving long term goals in every part of their lives, specifically where their goals relate to one of the biggest decisions of their lives - investing in real estate.
I understand the importance of giving back to our community and I'm committed to improving the communities where I live and serve. Whether it’s volunteering countless hours packing boxes or gleaning fresh produce at our local food bank, coordinating food drives, or joining my whole family in dropping off canned goods, I thrive when I serve and give. It is an important part of my life, and it's what keeps me humble. I believe our primary purpose here is to serve.
For every home purchased or sold through me, I donate a portion of my commission towards the Windermere Foundation. At the beginning of 2021, I partnered up with The Vine Maple Place (VMP) and launched a campaign helping single moms and kids facing homelessness; For every home sold, 30 nights of safety is donated to the families at VMP. By choosing to partner with me, you are creating a meaningful impact in our community.

Hi, I'm Cory Patterson, and there's one thing I know…
under stress and high-pressure situations, communication can quickly fall apart.
How do I know? I’m a former law enforcement officer.
And I’ve seen first hand---when communication breaks down…it quickly becomes a breeding ground for unnecessary stress, anxiety, and distrust (with less hope for a successful outcome).
And, at the risk of sounding dramatic…
I find home buying or selling can be the same.
I recognize that this big, once-or-twice-in-a-lifetime situation can be a unique, high-pressure situation---with feelings of overwhelm, worry, and fear on both sides. And if you combine that with lack of communication from an inexperienced real estate agent….
You get a perfect environment for stress, anxiety, and distrust.
That's why I make it my mission to bring my professionally-honed communication skills, powerful negotiation skills, and stress-free personality to our relationship as we build and reach your home buying and selling goals together.
My clients can expect frequent, high-touch communication and updates from me (no guessing games; you’ll know where I’m at with each step of the process.)…
strong advocacy skills (that begin well before the closing table),
And a confident calm that translates to ease and comfort during this process.
Through collaboration and care, and with my unique background in negotiating high-pressure situations in law enforcement….you'll leave the home buying/selling process feeling cared for, listened to, and advocated for.
Curious to know more about me?
My go-to coffee order is….Iced americano, with almond milk and stevia.
My favorite hobby is…..Working out and hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest.
My favorite food is….sushi, of course.
Wondering what to expect?
Competency. Communication. Confidence. It’s what I strive to bring to every client relationship.
